End User License Agreement
Last updated: July 2026
This license agreement is entered into between you, the end user, and Devineos, publisher of the VBReFormer software. Installing or using the software constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Grant of license
The software is licensed, not sold. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, within the limits of the edition purchased and the usage context certified at purchase.
2. Restrictions
- You may not distribute, resell, rent or lend the software, nor share your license key with a third party.
- You may not decompile, disassemble or modify the software itself, except where expressly permitted by law.
- You undertake to analyse only files you own or are authorised to process.
3. Ownership
The software, its documentation and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the publisher.
4. Warranty
The software is provided "as is". The publisher does not warrant that decompilation will produce source code identical to the original — the very nature of compiled code makes such a result impossible to guarantee. The free edition lets you check the outcome on your own files beforehand.
5. Limitation of liability
The publisher's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license concerned. The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software.
The full agreement applicable to your edition is supplied with your license at download time.
